This site was a bit unique, in that although it has some basic content areas for a musician (news, tour dates, discography, etc.), the actual content pages are loaded as frames within a fixed HTML shell, so that the header can play music uninterrupted as you go from page to page. The site is tied to a content management system, as usual, for easy updating.
